Australian Privacy Principles

From 12 March 2014 Australia's Privacy Laws changed.  A new set of Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) now apply with changes to the disclosure of personal information and requesting access to personal information held by an organisation.  In general terms, the APPs will apply to all businesses with annual turnover greater than $3 million (including contractors to the business).

Minsol Group's partners have completed APP training following its introduction, and all staff are provided ongoing training in privacy practices, procedures and systems in relation to how private information is collected, stored and accessed by the business.  Minsol Group utilises Consultation Manager to record and store collected private landholder information.  Access protocols are in place for accessing the stored information.
